Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing workflows and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. The position also includes partnering with business units to define detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role involves participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs and facilitate seamless integration of new systems and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements to translate them into functional specifications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with change management principles and their application in process implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our DDC 1A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
