As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You work within dynamic environments, applying modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration and continuous enhancement of software functionalities are key aspects of your role, enabling seamless integration and performance across multiple platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA, SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and ensuring system interoperability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ location.
- A BE BTech is required.
