Job Description

Email Marketing - Program ManagerSeeking an strategic individual who can bridges the gap between business goals and technical execution. Individual will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of email campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue. Manage engagement to deliver end-to-end campaign process including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and performance analysis while ensuring brand consistency and high deliverability rates.Serve as the owner for campaign execution processes, scoping requirements and leading capacity planning to ensure timely delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders, marketing, creative, and CRM teams. Manage the email service provider (ESP) or marketing automation platform. End to end e-mail campaign management and coordination for e-mail, push & other customer touchpoints using marketing automation toolsDesign & build digital marketing responsive emails using Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Email Marketing Tool – Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ MarketoUnderstanding of marketing automation including e-mail design, responsive HTML coding, audience building, SQL query building, tracking and analysis of resultsDevelop and maintain a long-term roadmap for email programs, including lifecycle, transactional, and promotional workstreams.Providing training and assistance to stakeholders on Campaign Management systems ( (AWS, SalesForce, Marketo) and processes.Technical SkillsProven experience as an email marketing manager or similar role.Expertise in email marketing platforms/automation tools Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, AWS, HubSpot)Experience in project management tools like Jira, Monday, etcExpertise on Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML/ HTML5 CSS/ CSS3Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Qualifications

Masters/bachelor's degree in Computers, Marketing or a related field is typically required.8+ years in marketing automation or campaign management, with at least 3 years focused on program-level leadership
