Visit us at www.accenture.com. The Senior Analyst delivers data-driven insights and scalable analytics solutions for Travel Retail stakeholders across supply chain, commercial, and finance functions. The role independently translates business requirements into dashboards, reports, and workflow improvements using Power BI, SAP, Excel, Databricks, and Power Automate. • Passionate about using data and analytical tools to solve business problems and improve decision-making • Technology savvy, well organized, and comfortable handling concurrent priorities • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences • Collaborative team player who demonstrates learning agility, creativity, and excellence in execution

Roles and Responsibilities: • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define priorities, and translate business questions into analytical solution • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations that enable timely, reliable decision-making • Use Power BI, SAP, Excel, and Databricks to integrate, analyze, model, and present data from multiple sources • Build and support automated workflows using Power Automate to improve process efficiency and reduce manual effort • Analyze supply chain, inventory, demand planning, commercial, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities • Independently lead analytical projects from requirement gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, training, and ongoing support • Ensure data quality, consistency, security, privacy, and appropriate access across reporting and analytics solutions • Advise stakeholders on modern analytics capabilities and provide proactive, practical solutions to business problems • Support agile ways of working through well-defined processes, documentation, tools, and continuous-improvement practices • Build collaborative relationships across regional and global teams, share best practices, and provide user training and education
