Job Description & Summary:  

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager / Architect with strong expertise in Snowflake, data warehousing, SQL/T-SQL, stakeholder management, and delivery execution. The ideal candidate will assess technology stacks, gather and document requirements, drive integration planning, and manage delivery in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. This role requires a strong mix of delivery management, business analysis, technical understanding, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. 

 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Assess current technology, data, and process landscapes and document findings; map source systems, data entities, workflows, and integrations to target platforms; gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements; translate requirements into BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and integration plans; recommend integration approaches based on business needs, cost, timeline, and technical feasibility; manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication; work closely with data and engineering teams on migration, reconciliation, and validation planning; facilitate workshops, provide status updates, and support executive-level reporting; collaborate with architecture teams and provide inputs on cloud and system design. 

 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

12+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Business Analysis, or Integration roles; strong knowledge of Snowflake, Data Warehousing, and SQL/T-SQL; experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and delivery planning; good understanding of APIs, data models, system integrations, and access/permission models; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and Lucidchart; exposure to AWS and/or Azure; excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. 

 

Preferred skill sets: 

 

Experience in post-merger integration (PMI) or enterprise transformation programs; ability to work independently in dynamic and evolving environments; strong executive communication and workshop facilitation skills.
