A Day in the Life

The intern will work closely with the ACM & Endoscopy leadership team to develop a structured framework for sub-dealer onboarding, governance, and compliance tracking across regions. The project will also focus on improving sales hygiene and data quality by assessing current reporting practices, identifying process gaps, and creating dashboards, scorecards, and SOPs to enhance channel visibility, operational efficiency, and decision-making. The final outcome will be a scalable onboarding model and actionable recommendations to strengthen channel management and sales excellence.

The intern will support a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening channel governance, expanding sub-dealer coverage, and improving sales process discipline across the ACM & Endoscopy business. The project will focus on developing a structured framework for sub-dealer onboarding, compliance tracking, sales data quality, and operational hygiene to enhance business visibility and scalability.

Key Objectives

1. Sub-Dealer Onboarding Excellence

• Map the current sub-dealer ecosystem across regions.
• Analyze existing onboarding processes and identify gaps.
• Develop a standardized sub-dealer onboarding framework.
• Create onboarding checklists and documentation requirements.
• Recommend governance mechanisms for onboarding approvals and compliance tracking.
• Build a tracker/dashboard for monitoring onboarding status.

2. Sales Hygiene & Data Quality

• Assess existing sales reporting practices and data quality.
• Identify gaps in customer, account, installed base, and opportunity records.
• Evaluate adoption of sales processes across regions.
• Develop a sales hygiene scorecard and monitoring mechanism.
• Recommend standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management and reporting.
• Create dashboards to improve visibility of sales funnel, customer coverage, and channel activity.
