We are seeking a talented individual to join our operations team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid rule that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Intern – Psychometric Assessments Design & Delivery

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Psychometric Design and Delivery Team. Psychometric Assessments design and delivery team works on designing assessments for clients’ basis their requirements for Hiring, Learning and Development initiatives, skill gaps analysis of employees, succession planning, custom content development as per specific clients’ needs, research on content type requested by markets, etc. This role will support designing assessments with right set of tools, content and reporting output based on client requirements.

• Minimum Qualifications: Post-Graduate in Psychology (preferably I/O Psychology, Applied Psychology, Organization Behavior) or master’s in human resources /OD /IO

We will count on you to:

• Client Requests Management - Understanding/ taking ownership of the clients’ request for assessments’ designing and different use cases of recruitment, Learning and Development, etc. Providing solutions for creation of personality & behavioral assessments including competency mapping, tools mapping and configuring reports for analysis and decision making by clients. 
• Internal Coordination and Operational Support – Work closely with internal teams (sales, consulting, customer success) to support smooth execution of projects. This will include coordinating task tracking, follow-ups, operational requirements, maintaining standard documentation, and assisting with process-related activities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Content Management – The most important and critical aspect of the work is taking ownership of behavioral content creation through SMEs (subject matter experts) and via AI automation, reviewing content for quality parameters, logical correctness, and upload while coordinating with the operations team and maintaining the inventory of content for future reference. Explore new SMEs through different SME portals, for example, LinkedIn, networking, etc., and getting SMEs on-boarded for content creation/review for personality & behavioral tools and assessment requirements.
• Research and Processes Development – The intern will gain exposure to client requests related to psychometric assessments design and use cases, primarily for learning and support purposes. The intern should have the urge to research and explore the innovations/awareness in personality & behavioral tools, scientific approaches to assessments design and assessments in the market and competition. The intern should work alongside leaders in strengthening processes and improving operational efficiencies.
