Role

The incumbent is responsible for leading customer experience and building love for motorcycling via experiential activities and expeditions to build communities. The role involves overseeing ride route selection, creation of briefing modules, ensuring vehicle procurement.. The role assists brand teams with market insights, customer feedback thereby building communities for our Premium Customers.

- Customer Experience (CX) Enhancement & Rider Training Interventions
- Vendor Management, POs & Budget Governance

A Day in the life

A typical day in life involves engaging with active rider community chapters, managing rider training academies, and resolving high-priority customer escalations, planning experiential rides, signature expeditions, and safety briefing modules, and analyzing post-event CSAT/NPS feedback for improvement

Academic Qualification & Experience

MBA in Marketing pref from Tier 1 institute with 12+ years of experience sales & marketing, and event management

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Event management
• Community building, customer engagement strategies, and loyalty programs
• Vendor management, procurement (POs), and operating budget governance
