Summary:
As a Large Language Model Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and integrating applications that utilize advanced language models alongside various enterprise services. The role requires balancing front-end and back-end development tasks, creating robust application programming interfaces, and ensuring seamless deployment through continuous integration and delivery practices. The engineer collaborates across teams to enhance the performance and scalability of artificial intelligence solutions, while continuously optimizing system workflows to meet evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI-driven applications that integrate with enterprise systems.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with front-end and server-side development technologies relevant to AI application integration.
- Strong understanding of application programming interface design and development.
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to optimize AI models and applications for performance and scalability.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise service integration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Generative AI.
