Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This includes managing the configuration settings, overseeing system integrations, and coordinating software releases to ensure seamless deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to address evolving needs and challenges is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring the solution remains robust and scalable.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Machine Learning, PySpark, Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based architecture and software deployment processes.
- Experience in managing software integrations and release cycles in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions aligned with business needs.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and platform stability best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Fabric.
- This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ location.
