Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to ensure they meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and maintaining system stability. The engineer works closely with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with stakeholders and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of daily activities.

- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices related to packaged and Software as a Service applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Windows Virtual Desktop.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve application issues.
- Knowledge of release management and version control processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Windows Virtual Desktop.
