Join our Business Process Reengineering (BPR) team as a Program Manager, where you’ll lead large-scale transformation initiatives to optimise and simplify core business processes and creating solutions for a market that needs them. You’ll drive efficiency, scalability, and customer impact by combining critical thinking with hands-on execution. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of business dynamics, proficiency in technology and AI concepts, and the ability to drive impactful transformation through strong multi-stakeholder influence and alignment.

Description

Reporting to the India Sales BPR Lead, this role sits within the Strategy, Automation & Insights (SAI) organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional business and technology teams — across India, Worldwide, and EMEIA — to design and deliver future-ready solutions & systems.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end BPR programs from concept to execution, aligned with strategic business priorities.

- Lead end-to-end program management and implementation of global initiatives.

- Collaborate with our channel businesses, central teams, and functional leaders to see opportunities, build transformation roadmaps, and drive adoption.

- Define targets and success metrics; monitor post-implementation performance to ensure sustainable results.

- Establish robust governance frameworks, manage risks, track breakthroughs, and provide executive-level updates.

- Lead change management through partner engagement, training, and communication.

- Help define and build the future India stack.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven success managing enterprise-wide BPR or digital transformation initiatives.

Technically inclined with the ability to understand and implement complex process and system solutions.

Experience leading cross-regional or global programs in a complex matrix environment.

Ability to influence and align cross-functional and global teams without direct authority.

Experience with workflow automation, analytics, and visualization tools such as Miro, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and influencing capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.

8+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, Operations Excellence, or Process Transformation.

Strong collaboration, communication, and partner management skills.

Strong business insight, analytical perspective, and results orientation.
