Project Head

About the Role:

• Lead the complete lifecycle of hospitality construction projects from design development through execution, commissioning, and handover.
• Drive project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and contractual compliance to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, hotel operators, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align project objectives and brand standards.
• Monitor construction progress, project risks, safety performance, procurement, and resource utilization across multiple workstreams.
• Establish effective governance, reporting, and quality control processes to ensure world-class project execution and operational readiness.

About You:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management or Project Management preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate construction with significant exposure to hospitality, hotel, resort, or luxury mixed-use developments.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale hospitality projects from concept to completion.
• Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, contracts administration, vendor management, quality assurance, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and team-building capabilities.
