Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The lead continuously monitors testing activities, manages defect resolution, and evaluates key performance metrics to maintain and improve the overall quality process, fostering collaboration across teams to meet project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality engineering processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to project success.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies applicable to software development lifecycles.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements.
- Ability to define and track key quality metrics to assess test execution and defect management processes.
- Skilled in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and integrating ecosystem components to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
- Competence in using tools and techniques for defect tracking, test automation, and performance monitoring.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
