What would you do? "• Serve as the primary responder for employee queries and requests related to Workday hire to retire transactions (hires, terminations, data changes, etc.). • Process high-volume, Hire to Retire HR transactions in Workday with accuracy and within defined SLAs. • Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance. • Troubleshoot and resolve basic Workday issues, escalating complex cases as needed. • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services. • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and data privacy requirements. • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for greater efficiency. • Maintain clear documentation of processes and resolutions. • Support rotational shifts, including US hours, as required. • Assist in data validation, reporting, and system audits. • Document processes and maintain accurate records for compliance. • Work closely with senior analysts to learn and contribute to strategic projects. • Excellent communication skills—able to build trust and interact with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
