Job Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related queries and escalations from the client.
• Share quality performance reports, error trends, and improvement plans with clients.
• Participate in client review meetings and calibration sessions.
• Provide updates on process quality, SLA adherence, and corrective actions.
• Discuss root cause analysis findings and recommend process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and feedback.
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication to drive service excellence and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with client teams to align quality standards and process expectations.
