Manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across workstreams like knowledge transfer, technology, and people integration. Ensure readiness and a smooth execution.

Summary:
As a Transition Lead, your day involves overseeing and coordinating the seamless transfer of services, teams, or processes from their current state to a new operational phase. You will manage multiple workstreams, ensuring that timelines are met and stakeholders remain informed and engaged. Your role requires careful planning and execution to minimize disruptions while aligning all activities with the broader organizational objectives. You will facilitate knowledge transfer, integrate technology and personnel effectively, and ensure that all parties are prepared for the transition to achieve a smooth and successful outcome.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment and readiness for transition activities.
- Monitor progress and address any risks or issues that may impact the transition timeline.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain transparency and collaboration.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
- Experience in managing IT service transitions and understanding of IT operations management.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple workstreams and deliverables effectively.
- Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the transition process.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies for knowledge transfer and process integration.
- Capability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
