Job Description – Tally Operator / Accounts Assistant

  • Maintain clients’ books of accounts in Tally Prime.
  • Record day-to-day sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  • Maintain cash book, bank book, ledger accounts, and other accounting records.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and verify accounting entries.
  • Maintain GST-related accounting records and assist in GST return preparation.
  • Ensure proper classification of transactions and accuracy of financial records.
  • Coordinate with clients for bank statements, invoices, and other accounting documents.
