Accountant

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate financial records.

- Ensuring all statutory compliances like GST & TDS filing, issuing E-way bill and other

- Recording all kinds of sales and purchase related transactions in accounts books and ensuring timely collection and payments

- Managing warehouse wellbeing and physical inventory of raw material and finished goods

- Monitor and record stock movement, receipts, dispatches, and inventory levels; ensuring FIFO

- Conduct regular stock takes and reporting and addressing any discrepancies or damages in stock

- Regular coordination with CA

- Reporting of adherence to compliances and basic financial health parameters to the management as per norms

- Issue and maintain proper documentation (such as Purchase order, Estimate, Sales Order, Delivery Order) and ensure accuracy in all records.

Required Skills

- Proficient in accounting principles and entries to record all transactions

- Proficient in Tally

- Knowledge of MS Excel

- Knowledge of all necessary government compliances and platforms, such as:

GST

TDS

E-Way bills
