Position: Accounts Executive – Petrol Pump Chain

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting, Tally entries, reconciliation and financial documentation for our network of petrol pumps across Northeast India.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVerify daily petrol pump sales reports (Panna/DSR), cash collections and supporting vouchers.
• Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments and expenses in Tally Prime.
• Verify calculations and identify discrepancies in submitted accounts.
• Maintain accurate party ledgers, credit billing and outstanding balances.
• Perform daily bank, cash, digital payment and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain fuel purchase records, oil company invoices and expense documentation.
• Coordinate with petrol pump managers to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Prepare daily and monthly accounting reports and assist with month-end closing.
• Support GST documentation and other accounting compliance work.
• Candidate Requirements
• Qualification: B.Com minimum.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting & Tally operations.
• Software: Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of basic accounting, ledger reconciliation and bookkeeping.
• Strong numerical accuracy, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently manage daily accounting responsibilities.
