About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Accounts Executive with mandatory hands-on experience in Tally to manage day-to-day accounting operations.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, recording transactions, handling invoices and payments, bank reconciliation, maintaining ledgers, tracking receivables/payables and assisting with GST and other statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries.
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, receipts and payment documents.
• Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain daily cash book and cash transactions.
• Track customer outstanding payments and vendor dues
• Assist in GST-related accounting, reconciliation and documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly accounting reports.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST and invoicing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
