L&B Academy of Beauty & Aesthetics is a professional beauty and aesthetics training academy in Guwahati, offering courses and practical training in cosmetology, skin aesthetics, SPMU, makeup, hair, nails, eyelashes and other beauty/aesthetic-related fields.

Position:

Sales & Admission Counsellor

Job Description:

• Handle enquiries received through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and phone calls

• Contact and follow up with prospective students

• Explain courses, fees, duration and admission procedures

• Convert enquiries into academy visits and course admissions

• Follow up with previous and inactive leads

• Maintain daily lead and follow-up records

• Promote upcoming courses, workshops and masterclasses

• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets

• Coordinate with the academy team regarding admissions and batches

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, telecalling or business development preferred

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Assamese and Hindi communication is preferred, along with basic/good English

• Confident and presentable personality

• Comfortable handling phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries

• Target-oriented and motivated

• Experience in education, beauty, salon, aesthetics or healthcare sales will be an advantage.

Compensation:

₹13,000–₹15,000 per month + performance-based incentives, depending on experience and suitability.
