Job Description
- Oversee daily salon flow, open/close the facility, and ensure hygiene and safety rules are met.
- Greet guests, manage bookings, handle client inquiries or complaints with professionalism, and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Track beauty product stock, log daily transactions, and place supply reorders when items run low.
- Process client payments accurately, manage invoices, handle daily cash drawer reconciliation, and resolve any point-of-sale (POS) billing discrepancies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the salon floor; resolve staff disputes quickly, address performance issues, and maintain a positive, motivating team environment.
