Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential dealers, distributors, channel partners and business clients.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective partners to generate business opportunities.
- Explain Ksquare Energy's solar products and solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
- Maintain lead records, follow-ups and sales updates in the CRM or designated trackers.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to manage leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Work towards assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
Required Skills & Eligibility
- Fluency in Assamese is mandatory.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English or Hindi communication skills are preferred.
- Interest in B2B sales, business development and relationship management.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work with CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working remotely.
Mandatory Requirements
- Personal laptop is mandatory.
- Stable and reliable internet connection.
- Ability to attend online meetings and make business calls from home.
