Position: CADD Faculty – Civil Engineering
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Relevant industry/teaching experience preferred/Fresher
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic CADD Faculty (Civil Engineering) to train students in various civil engineering design, drafting, estimation, and modelling software. The candidate should have a strong foundation in civil engineering and practical knowledge of industry-standard CADD and structural design tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and theoretical training for Civil Engineering CADD courses.
- Teach students through hands-on projects, exercises, and real-world applications.
- Prepare and deliver training modules, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Guide students in creating architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
- Evaluate student performance and provide technical guidance and feedback.
- Maintain student records, attendance, assessments, and course-related documentation.
- Stay updated with current industry practices and software developments.
Essential Technical Skills
The candidate must have working knowledge of:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- V-Ray
- STAAD.Pro
- ETABS
- Estimation & Costing
- Quantity Take-Off
- Revit Architecture
- Revit Structure
- Lumion
- Enscape
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is essential.
Desired Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically.
- Good knowledge of civil engineering drawings, design, and construction practices.
- Ability to handle students of different skill levels.
- Strong problem-solving and teaching abilities.
- Practical project experience will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with a combination of Civil Engineering knowledge, professional CADD experience, and teaching/training skills are preferred. Experience in handling live projects and industry-oriented training will be an added advantage.
