Chef De Partie

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Chef de Partie (CDP) to manage an assigned kitchen section and ensure consistent food quality, hygiene, and efficient production in a high-volume QSR environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the assigned kitchen section.
• Prepare and cook food according to Shawarma Sutra’s recipes, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, presentation, and food quality.
• Ensure proper mise en place and timely preparation during service.
• Monitor stock levels, minimize food wastage, and follow FIFO practices.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Coordinate with other kitchen team members during peak hours to ensure smooth order flow.
• Assist in training and supervising Commis/Crew members.
• Report stock shortages, equipment issues, wastage, and operational problems to the Kitchen Manager.
• Follow all company policies, kitchen SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Requirements1–3 years of relevant kitchen/QSR experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during high-volume service.
• Strong attention to consistency, portion control, and cleanliness.
• Team player with good discipline and communication skills.
