Customer Sales Executive

Job Title:

Telesales Executive – Loans & OverdraftJob DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell Loan and Overdraft (OD) financial products. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, generating leads, and converting eligible prospects into successful applications.

• Key Responsibilities make auto-generated calls to potential customers and generate leads for Loan and Overdraft products.
• Explain loan and OD products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and other relevant details to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication until closure.
• Collect and verify basic customer information and required documents.
• Coordinate with the Team Leader for application processing and disbursement.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experience in Telesales, Loan Sales, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Insurance Sales will be preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of Loans, Overdraft facilities, and financial products is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
