Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Data Entry Operator to maintain customer records, track customer requirements, and manage inventory data on our business software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer databases, including contact details, purchase history, enquiries, and specific product requirements.
• Record and track customer enquiries, follow-ups, and order details systematically.
• Manage inventory data on the company’s software, including stock entries, stock updates, and product records.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales, purchase, and inventory-related information.
• Coordinate with the sales and store teams to maintain accurate customer and stock records.
• Regularly check data for errors, discrepancies, and missing information.
• Generate basic reports related to customer enquiries, inventory, and stock availability.

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with data entry and inventory management software is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organised, responsible, and systematic approach to work.
• Ability to maintain proper records and handle data efficiently.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who is sincere, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data on a daily basis.
