Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to join our team at Shifting Gears. Freshers with good communication and organisational skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily employee attendance and records.
- Assist in recruitment and candidate screening.
- Manage employee documentation and HR records.
- Handle payroll coordination and salary records.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Assist in employee engagement and training activities.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA in HR preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
Salary: ₹10,000 per month.
