Interior Designer

Xspace Interior LLP is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer with experience in modular furniture designing, residential interiors, 2D/3D design, and realistic rendering.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical drawing skills, a good understanding of furniture materials, and the ability to convert design concepts into practical, production-ready drawings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, beds, office furniture, and other customized furniture.
• Develop creative and functional home interior designs based on client requirements.
• Prepare accurate 2D layouts, elevations, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D models, interior visualizations, and realistic renders using SketchUp and rendering tools.
• Prepare furniture manufacturing drawings with proper dimensions and specifications.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Assist in material selection, finishes, hardware, and colour combinations.
• Conduct site measurements and coordinate with clients when required.
• Revise drawings and designs based on client feedback.
• Required Software SkillsAutoCAD: Proficiency in 2D drafting and detailed drawings.
• SketchUp: Proficiency in 3D furniture and interior modelling.
• Rendering: Knowledge of V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar rendering software is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel for BOQ preparation is an advantage.
• Qualifications & RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in modular furniture and residential interior design.
• Understanding of plywood, MDF, laminates, acrylic finishes, and furniture hardware.
• Ability to prepare accurate technical drawings for manufacturing.
• Good creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design assignments and meet deadlines
