*Job Summary*

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage logistics operations, inventory movement, shipment tracking, and forward and reverse logistics. The candidate will coordinate with warehouses, field offices, service centers, vendors, and end-user locations to ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, inventory availability, and cost-effective logistics operations.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Coordinate material dispatches, deliveries, inter-location transfers, and returns.

* Track shipments and follow up with transporters and logistics vendors to ensure timely delivery.

* Monitor inventory movement, stock availability, and replenishment requirements.

* Manage reverse logistics for defective, damaged, or obsolete materials.

* Maintain dispatch records, delivery acknowledgements, invoices, and shipment-related documents.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics MIS reports using MS Excel.

* Coordinate with warehouse teams, field teams, procurement, finance, and external vendors.

* Resolve shipment delays, inventory discrepancies, and logistics-related issues.

* Monitor vendor performance, delivery timelines, and logistics costs.

* Escalate operational issues and recommend corrective actions 

*Required Skills and Competencies*

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory, or transportation coordination.

* Good communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

* Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

* Understanding of inventory management, shipment tracking, and transportation processes.

* Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software is preferred.

* Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
