Manager/ Sr. Manager Camp Operations

The role: You'll own the day-to-day coordination and operational discipline of ERC's community mobilization ensuring smooth execution across units, community worker recruitment, training, SOP compliance, payments, and cross-functional requirements. If you're someone who can independently coordinate multiple teams, drive follow-ups, and keep field operations on track, this role is built for you.

What you'll own:

Community Mobilization Coordination — Coordinate with community mobilization teams daily and ensure smooth execution of operations.

Recruitment & Training — Drive follow-ups on Community workers recruitment and coordinate their training with the relevant teams.

SOP Compliance — Monitor adherence to SOPs and ensure operational gaps are identified and addressed.

Team Management — Schedule and coordinate weekly meetings with Community workers.

Cross-functional Coordination — Work with other departments to they have the required materials and operational support.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in operations coordination, field operations, or a similar role — ideally in a multi-location environment.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and priorities independently.
• Comfortable working with field teams and ensuring SOP and process compliance.
• Experience coordinating recruitment, training, meetings, and payments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
