MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE (MR) – JOB PROFILE
Position: Medical Representative
Department: Sales & MarketingJob Responsibilities:
Visiting doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals regularly.
Promoting the company's pharmaceutical products and brands to doctors.
Generating prescriptions and increasing product awareness in the assigned territory.
Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
Visiting chemists and stockists to ensure product availability.
Collecting orders and coordinating with distributors/stockists.Achieving monthly sales targets and business objectives.Conducting regular market surveys and monitoring competitor activities.Organizing doctor meetings, promotional activities, and other marketing campaigns.Submitting daily call reports and maintaining accurate records of doctor and chemist visits.Ensuring effective implementation of the company's sales and marketing strategies.Maintaining a professional image and representing the company positively in the market.Required Skills:Good communication and presentation skills.Strong sales and negotiation abilities.Ability to build relationships with doctors and customers.Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products.Self-motivated and target-oriented.Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Qualification:Graduate preferred.Experience in pharmaceutical sales will be an added advantage.Medical Representatives play a key role in brand building, prescription generation, product availability, and overall business growth of the company.
