MIS Executive

Position: MIS Executive

1. Collect, verify and consolidate daily, weekly and monthly data from all projects and departments.
2. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, management summaries and exception reports within defined timelines.
3. Manage and configure the company’s MIS Cloud App, including users, roles, permissions, workflows and master data.
4. Maintain MIS Cloud App data, ensure data accuracy, resolve data issues and coordinate system updates and improvements.
5. Manage company Gmail/Google Workspace configuration, including user creation, access, groups, basic settings and account administration.
6. Track project progress, billing, procurement, materials, manpower, expenses and other key performance indicators.
7. Follow up with sites and departments for timely data entry, reporting, pending actions and compliance with MIS requirements.
8. Analyse data to identify delays, deviations, exceptions and critical issues and highlight them to management.
9. Develop and maintain Excel reports, automated reports, dashboards, databases and structured digital records.
10. Take overall responsibility for MIS system administration, data management, user support and management reporting, while maintaining data security and confidentiality.
