# JOB DESCRIPTION – STATE HEAD
*Project: EMI Locker*
*Company:* Supercopy E Solution Private Limited
*Position:* State Head
### Key Responsibilities
- पूरे राज्य में EMI Locker प्रोजेक्ट का बिजनेस और डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन मैनेजमेंट करना।
- नए Distributor एवं Super Stockist बनाना और नेटवर्क बढ़ाना।
- मोबाइल रिटेलर्स को जोड़ना तथा नए मार्केट में बिजनेस डेवलपमेंट करना।
- अपनी टीम खुद बनाना, भर्ती करना और टीम को मैनेज करना।
- Territory Sales Managers एवं अन्य सेल्स टीम की परफॉर्मेंस मॉनिटर करना।
- मार्केट विजिट, नए बिजनेस रिलेशनशिप और नियमित बिलिंग सुनिश्चित करना।
- राज्य के सेल्स टारगेट और रेवेन्यू ग्रोथ की जिम्मेदारी लेना।
### Required Experience
- Telecom, EMI Locker, Mobile Distribution या Fintech Sales में अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
- Distributor Creation, Retailer Network और Team Management का अनुभव आवश्यक है।
- मजबूत लीडरशिप, मार्केटिंग और बिजनेस डेवलपमेंट स्किल्स होनी चाहिए।
- अपने राज्य में टीम तैयार करने और बिजनेस बढ़ाने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
*Preference:* Telecom एवं EMI Locker इंडस्ट्री के अनुभवी उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
