Position: Holiday & Hotel Operations Team

Holiday Eyes is looking for a dedicated and experienced candidate for our Holiday & Hotel Operations Team.

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in flight bookings, train bookings, hotel bookings, and holiday bookings
• Good knowledge of domestic and international tour packages
• Ability to handle reports maintenance and regular operational updates
• Good communication skills for telecalling and customer follow-up
• Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, hotels, and transport partners

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage holiday, hotel, flight, and train booking operations
• Handle domestic and international package-related operations
• Maintain daily reports and update records regularly
• Coordinate with customers and service providers
• Do telecalling for follow-ups, enquiries, and support
• Ensure smooth execution of bookings and operations

Preferred Candidate:

• Experienced in travel, tourism, or hotel operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
• Responsible, organized, and active in handling daily work
