Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the overall day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
- Supervise kitchen, service, housekeeping and support staff.
- Ensure the restaurant opens and closes according to schedule.
- Manage staff attendance, shifts and daily deployment.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor food quality, service speed and cleanliness.
- Coordinate between the kitchen and service team.
- Monitor daily sales and cash handling.
- Maintain records of expenses, wastage and inventory.
- Coordinate stock receiving and verify quantities.
- Ensure proper storage of food and supplies.
- Monitor staff performance and discipline.
- Ensure compliance with restaurant hygiene and safety procedures.
- Conduct opening and closing checks.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment when required.
- Help achieve sales and operational targets.
- Train new employees on restaurant procedures and service standards.
- Preferred Qualifications2–5 years of restaurant/QSR management experience.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and cash management.
- Ability to manage staff during busy periods.
- Customer-service oriented.
