Role Overview:

As a Retail Sales Executive at Admyx Construction Chemicals, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our construction chemicals to retail customers. Your responsibilities will include driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful marketing of our products within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify potential retail customers (hardware stores, construction material suppliers, etc.) within the Guwahati region.
• Actively promote Admyx construction chemicals, including waterproofing solutions, adhesives, sealants, and coatings.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to retail partners.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and discounts to secure sales.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
• Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies effectively.

Relationship Building:

• Cultivate strong relationships with existing retail partners and explore opportunities for upselling.
• Prospect and onboard new retail outlets to expand the company’s reach.

Sales Targets and Reporting:

• Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
• Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.

Product Knowledge:

• Develop a deep understanding of construction chemicals and their applications.
• Educate retail partners on product features, benefits, and usage guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Proficiency in local languages (Assamese and Hindi) is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
