Job Description
We’re looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join our back-office sales team. You’ll contact potential customers who enquire through IndiaMART, Justdial, Google, and other online platforms, understand their needs, and turn enquiries into sales.
- Key responsibilitiesCall and follow up with customer enquiries from IndiaMART, Justdial, Google, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our products or services clearly.
- Convert enquiries into sales and work towards sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers by phone and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and sales follow-ups.
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience.
- RequirementsGood communication skills and fluency in English.
- Confidence and a persuasive, customer-focused approach.
- Ability to understand customer needs and close sales.
- Previous telesales or telemarketing experience is preferred.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-ups.
