Sales & Marketing Executive

Sinehome is looking for an experienced Sales & Customer Operations Executive for our Guwahati branch.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls and enquiries, explaining Sinehome services, taking bookings, updating booking records, assigning leads to staff and maintaining daily and monthly business data.

This is a hands-on role involving customer communication, sales, booking management and staff coordination.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally.
• Explain Sinehome services, pricing and booking process to customers.
• Convert genuine customer enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Take booking details accurately.
• Update all enquiries, calls and bookings in Excel/Google Sheets or the Sinehome system.
• Track daily calls, enquiries and confirmed bookings.
• Assign customer leads/bookings to the appropriate service staff.
• Coordinate with staff regarding customer location, service, date and time.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending bookings.
• Maintain accurate daily operational records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Track monthly booking and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle basic customer concerns and escalate important issues to management.
