Job SummaryWe are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-oriented Telesales Executive / Inbound Sales Executive with excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up with potential customers, and supporting sales operations for government projects across 6 states of India.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound sales inquiries and outbound telesales calls related to government projects.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and registered partners.
• Explain project details, products, and services to prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads, maintain customer records, and generate sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily calling activities and provide regular sales updates to management.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline preferred.
• Must be fluent in either Bengali or Hindi; strong proficiency in at least one of these languages is essential.
• Good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be smart, presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
• Basic English communication and computer knowledge preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates may both apply.
