Job Description

(Candidate must be ready to relocate to Tinsukia, Assam)


** Knowledge of Plantation Labour Act 1951 (Preferred)


* Wage Calculation: Calculate daily wages, overtime,and other allowances for tea garden workers.

* Attendance Management: Maintain accurate attendance records, including leave and absenteeism.

* Payroll Processing: Prepare and process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages.

* Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records of worker's wages, advances, and deductions.

* Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws, such as Minimum Wages Act, Provident Fund, and Gratuity.

* Worker Data Management: Update worker's personal and professional information.

* Query Resolution: Resolve worker's queries related to wages and payments.

* Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on wage-related matters.

* Audits and Inspections: Assist in audits and inspections by labour authorities.
