Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, and follow up with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain services and handle customer queries.
- Generate leads and maintain follow-ups.
- Update call details and customer information.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi and English communication preferred.
- Experience in telecalling/sales will be an advantage.
