We are hiring for the position of Office Executive – Customer Support.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day office work and operations
• Communicate with customers through phone and WhatsApp
• Handle customer queries and provide basic information
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain customer details and records
• Use basic computer applications and office software
• Support the team in daily office activities
Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Hindi communication is required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
