Job Description
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1. Recharge Data Entry
- Enter around 200 daily recharge transactions accurately and on time.
- Make daily recharge entries in Tally and the company’s records.
- Check entries against recharge records and report missing, duplicate or incorrect entries.
- Coordinate with the team to complete pending entries each day.
2. SIM Management and Tracking
- Maintain school-wise records of SIMs, plans, activation status and monthly charges.
- Review SIM usage, including peak-time usage, and identify SIMs that may be underused or in excess.
- Compare PRI and SIM costs and prepare a simple cost analysis.
- Recommend ways to reduce recurring bills while ensuring that schools have the SIM capacity they need.
- Help process SIM closure or plan changes only after the required checks and approval.
- Prepare regular reports on SIM usage, bills and possible savings.
Mandatory Requirements
- 12th pass with Mathematics
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Tally and Tally data entry
- Good basic maths and calculation skills
- Careful with numbers and able to notice errors or unusual entries
- Organised, alert and able to complete daily work on time
