Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive / Sales Officer for Gwalior to build MoonAir’s dealer and distributor network, generate orders, manage channel partners, and grow sales in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Appoint new dealers, distributors, and retail counters in Gwalior and nearby markets.

Visit dealers daily and generate primary and secondary sales.

Promote MoonAir air coolers, schemes, booking offers, and new models.

Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, dealer issues, and demand trends.

Ensure payment follow-up as per company policy.

Build strong relationships with dealers, electricians, retailers, and local appliance markets.

Maintain daily visit reports, sales pipeline, order details, and dealer database.

Support branding, display placement, product visibility, and local promotions.

Required Candidate Profile:

1–5 years of sales experience preferred.

Experience in air coolers, fans, appliances, electricals, FMCG, hardware, or dealer sales will be preferred.

Strong local market knowledge of Gwalior and nearby areas.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Must be hardworking, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.

Two-wheeler preferred.
