Job Description

We are a loan DSA (Direct Selling Agent) firm working with leading banks and NBFCs. We are looking for a proactive team member to handle client coordination and loan file processing.

Key Responsibilities

Call leads and prospective clients to understand their loan requirements

Schedule and confirm client meetings

Collect KYC, income and property documents from clients

Check documents for completeness and accuracy

Prepare and submit loan files to banks and NBFCs

Follow up with clients and lenders until disbursement

Maintain records of leads, files and follow-ups
