Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Female Telecaller & Sales Executive for our Book Publication business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Explain book publication services to interested clients.
- Follow up with potential customers and generate leads.
- Convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer relationships and calling records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
