Job Description
We are looking for a welcoming and energetic Site Visit Coordinator to represent our real estate township project in Gwalior. In this role, you will be the primary on-site face of our company, greeting prospective buyers, guiding them through the property, and providing clear, engaging details about available plots to help drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
1) Greet walk-in clients and scheduled visitors warmly at the township site office.
2) Conduct comprehensive site tours of the property, showcasing different plot sizes, layouts, and infrastructure.
3) Explain key project highlights, including pricing, amenities, legal clearances, and future development potential.
4) Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to manage client inquiries and follow-up schedules.
5) Maintain a clean, professional presentation of the site office and keep track of daily visitor logs.
