Job Description

Field Sales Executive – ITISalary: ₹23,700/month

Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales

Job Role:

  • Dealer, retailer, plumber & farmer visits.
  • Sales and lead generation for submersible/water pumps and motors.
  • Explain basic product specifications, HP, head & discharge.
  • Dealer/retailer mapping and market development.
  • Competitor and market price tracking.
  • Achieve monthly sales and visit targets.
  • Daily field reporting and customer follow-up.

Eligibility:

  • ITI / Diploma preferred.
  • Basic technical knowledge of pumps/motors.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel in the assigned territory.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Experience: Freshers can apply; pump/motor field-sales experience preferred.
